Are there any other hidden costs?
No extra costs except: you’re charged delivery from our office to your preferred location once goods arrive in Nairobi (this varies by nature of goods, quantity, weight and distance). High-value items (phones, laptops, cameras — small items of high value) are charged differently. Local delivery cost depends on the vendor the products are purchased from.
How long will it take to get my package?
USA — 8 to 18 days from shipping day (ships weekly on Tuesdays). UK — 5 to 15 days (Fridays). China — 10 to 17 days (Tuesdays). Dubai — 2 to 9 days (Thursdays).
Do you repackage?
Yes. Items are packaged in suitably sized packages where this is possible / required.
Do I have to pay the amount of the product and shipping in full?
Yes — this is our internal policy for “Buying & Shipping In” and “Shipping Out” services. For the “Shipping In Only” service, payment is done once goods arrive in Nairobi.
Will I be charged volumetric or actual weight?
You’re charged the higher of the two for air freight from the USA, UK & China. The Dubai route is charged on actual weight only.
What if my goods get lost or are damaged during transit?
We refund / replace any lost or damaged goods. Kindly inspect and review your items immediately on delivery, before the rider leaves — we can’t accept liability for damages/losses once the rider leaves, nor for losses due to wrong addressing.
Do you ship perfumes?
We can ship perfumes using our Dubai route only. This is not possible on any other route.
