Dangerous goods — Dubai route only
Dangerous goods (e.g. perfumes, sprays, nail polish) can only be shipped on our Dubai route. Declare them in your request notes — this is not possible on any other route.

For other products above $1,000, the charge is the higher of the product’s weight rate per kg and 7% of the product value.
Volumetric vs actual weight
Light but bulky? Carriers charge by the space a parcel takes, not just its weight. We work out both and charge the higher one.
Volumetric weight (kg) = Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 6000
You’re charged the higher of actual and volumetric weight for air freight from the USA, UK & China. The Dubai route is charged on actual weight only.
